So I'm new to the Xbox one system and I bought a 25$ Xb point card and I bought something for 19.99 and I got charged 1.75 for tax so I have 3.26 lefted in my account
How come there's no taxes on Psn games or PointsBlame your local governments, not Microsoft. They're the ones who are requiring tax to be charged, as MS isn't just doing it randomly to piss you off.
Try checking into this before making useless threads like this one where no one gives a shit.
+1 Seriously man. What are you bitching about, having to follow the law? OMGTry checking into this before making useless threads like this one where no one gives a shit.
Learn to read. It depends on local government tax rules. How come there's no taxes on Psn games or Points
Probably steals pennies out of the free penny jar too.+1 Seriously man. What are you bitching about, having to follow the law? OMGYOU MS FOR HAVING ME PAY MY LEGALLY REQUIRED TAXES ON THINGS I BUY!!!!!
Thank you for summing up the problem. a) You can do something about it. Careful whom you vote into office. We often forget, we are the government. b) No, no you do not have to get used to it. This why they will just add another tax, because most people do not bother to complain. It is never a taxing problem with governments, it is always a spending problem. Delaware, Montana, Oregon, and New Hampshire have no sales tax, and they will stay that way as long as residents of those states vote that way.. It blows but nothing you can do about it. Just another tax you have to get used to but really considering you can't even die in thising country without them taxing you it's not hard to believe at all.
Take it to the political forum, chief. Not the place for telling people how to think.Thank you for summing up the problem. a) You can do something about it. Careful whom you vote into office. Ultimately, the issue of taxes is a problem created by voters not saying no

No thanks, we don't want him any more than the rest of the site does.go look at the ps forum. he has like 10 threads exactly like this. glad he is starting to migrate over to here lol
Sometimes I think he has to be a troll with some of the posts he makes. I think someone can't be that stupid. But then I remember the girl in my third grade class that sat there and ate her boogers all day.No thanks, we don't want him any more than the rest of the site does.
Yup...and you should definitely not overlook those things because everybody else is 100% honest and fair...especially big business and one percenters.Read your tax forms people, you are required to pay taxes on EVERYTHING you buy that is taxed in your state. So even if you order something online and you don't pay taxes at the time of sale, you are legally required to document that on your taxes and pay those taxes with your return. Btw, intangible items like digital software are taxed just as fairly as intangible services like your cell phone can be taxed also. Welcome to 'Murica.
