Anyone who shops on pricegrabber.com DO NOT buy from Click2Digital. I ordered a brand new gamecube from them that came up 91.50 after s/h. They sent me a used gamecube that didnt work. When i contacted them, they told me that they were never selling new gamecubes. I requested a refund from them but they havent replied. Im trying to file a fraud claim right now. Ill post more when/if anything happens.

Thanks for the heads up!!! And yes, you should be able to get reimbursed by your credit card if the jerks don't exchange the cube.

ever seen Punch Drunk Love? You know the part where Adam Sandler drives for hours just so he can put the smack-down on a con artist who's trying to charge him for phone sex? There's your solution!!!!

I LOVED Punch Drunk Love. It was the Anti-Sandler. What's funnier than a plunger salesman? How about a vioent, emotional wreck of a plunger salesman?

I guess I just should've watched it again, my girlfriend and I couldn't make much sense of it... it was just confusing, although I did like some parts. The whole camera techniques and settings seemed so low budget too that it took away from the overall quality of the film. Not that low-budget is bad, but it has to be done a certain way, and they didn't do it well in that film.

Ok I talked to the guy and hes still sticking to his original story. I checked paypal.com and saw that they already put through payment. I was thinking if i could find a local store that i could exchange the current cube for a new one, saying that i bought the original from them. What store would this work at? Also, do i have any other alternatives???

You won't be able to do it. All stores now record the individual serial numbers on the systems. If it's not a match for them, they won't take them back. Only other alternative is to call Nintendo. Isn't the repair number on a sticker somewhere on the console?

Find out where they are from and contact the Better Business Bureau in their area. Include any correspondence you had with the company and explain the situation in detail. You can call the BBB in your area for the number and address.

Contact Click2 and inform them you did that and you will be contacting their state's attorney general. The attorney general investigates fraud claims and can bring forth criminal charges if need be.

In both cases state that not only do you feel defrauded but you were also sent a DOA item and the company will not do ANYTHING to rectify the situation.

Hopefully contacting the BBB will be all you need to rattle Click2's chain. I had a similar situation and no the company wouldn't fix anything. After contacting the BBB and threatening with the attorney general, I got a complete refund in a week. I fought with this company for 3 months! I also made sure they knew that I would tell everyone both online and off about their shady business practices. Companies can't afford too much bad publicity now days. If nothing else maybe you can get them on sending you a dead console and get a replacement.

I hope this helps and good luck...
