IMO, Points2Shop looks the most professional of all these websites and the don't be scare of the phone call verification points. If I remember right, it's all automated. Also, the first 30 bucks of any of these websites are the easiest to make. It should only take a day to get that amount; two if you want to be lazy at it.
I won't post any instruction on how to complete offers as you can find it on any thread here or even in the forums of each website. I'll just say that all these website follow the same format so if you've done one, you've done them all. Also, use the "." trick for your email.
