indie RPG... looking for name

A while back there was a thread on here about an indie RPG... think it was being developed in Canada. Not sure if it was just homebrew or actually being officially published. The guy cited his love of old school Square games as his inspiration, IIRC. There was a youtube video and all that jazz. Couldn't find the thread anymore... was just curious what that game was. I dont think it had been released yet, but I could be wrong.
