You're right, I just looked it up and it was just added to the GH line as well as Resistance 2 (along with LBP: GOTY and Killzone 2), but Amazon hasn't dropped the price for that yet.

The game itself is really really good, keep it on you're radar at the very least if you haven't picked it up yet.

I wouldnt say it's official yet since Sony hasn't announced it, but yes it will be a GH title and this is likely indicative of that.
