Is anyone selling a hori upscan converter 2?

Hello,

I've been trying to track down the hori upscan converter 2 (alternately, the G-Combo VGA which I think is the same device) with no luck so far. Is anyone trying to get rid of theirs? If so, I'd be interested in buying it. Please reply here or PM me if you are selling one.
