Is Army Men:RTS any good for Gamecube? Its $13 and I was wondering.

CAGiversary!
Its on sale at WalMart for $12.88, and I was thinking about picking it up. It got mixed reviews so I wanted to know what some CAG thought about it.
 
Well Sams Club has it for the same price and I was checking it out. I dunno what to say though. Unlike alot of other people I enjoyed all of the army men series. RTS looks interesting but is it 13.00 interesting.
 
Thanks, I into the Command and Conquer series, but my PC won't play Generals. I guess I am looking for something to tide me over.
