Is buy-rite a dependable site to buy games?

Stay FAR AWAY from Nuy Rite games. They have big problems with not shipping orders, or having people pay for 2-day or more expensive shipping and they just send it bulk rate. I think there is even a boycott Buy Rite Games web site out there.
I took a chance and ordered from them once, but never again. My two day shipping took over a month and a half, plus they do not respond to emails, and getting through their phone system to a live person involves sitting through a 20 minute advertisement (no joke, 20 mins).
I did eventually get my VGA box, but they basically kept the money I gave them for two day shipping.
 
Their B&M location is in Raleigh NC. Worst customer service experience ever. Waited about an hour for them to pull a PS2 out of the back (???). I didn't leave b/c it was $20 cheaper than anywhere else. But you can get good deals. However, I would not take a chance ordering online based on what I saw from their B&M customer service. Also, don't be surprised if advertised new games come used. Chances are not good you'll like them and you'll wanna do this :twoguns:

Damn someon beat me to it, Thats what I get for steping away from the computer while posting. Anyway using the forum search will reveal alot about most retailers in you need info, usually no news is good news and all the numerous posts you can find on Buy Rite will tell you volumes.
