Is consolesource.com okay?

Oh my GOD, did you see the prices on some games?!

NFL Street (PS2) - 58.99
Action Replay (XBox) - 49.99
Manhunt (XBox) - 58.99
Midtown Madness 3 (XBox) - 60.99 (It sells for like $10 brand new!!!!!!!!)

:O!!!!!!!!!!

I bought my HDLoader from consolesource.com. They're okay I guess considering I got the item, but their service is terrible. They never answer the phones (always busy or the phone rings over and over) and they don't respond to emails. I wanted to cancel my order just after I bought it, and over a week after I emailed them, I got an email telling me it shipped. They never replied to my request.

Anyway, don't buy from them unless you're pretty sure you won't have to deal with their "service."

Well, I bought the Loader from them about a week ago. They said my order shipped a couple days after I paid and my card has been charged.

But the tracking number they gave me isn't valid. I emailed them about it today. Hopefully, someone just messed up when inputing it into the computer.

Yeah I'm getting a bit pissed, my order hasn't even shipped out apparently and there is no response from thier service. Further more their website appears to be down as well, which kinda scares me.

I ordered my HD Loader from them as well. I never received an email confirming shipment, but it showed up about a week after I placed the order. I did get an email saying the HD Loader was being discontinued by the manufacturer, but they would sell through their existing stock.

I ordered an HD Loader from them and a ps2/usb adapter for my ps2 pad to be able to play on my PC.

The adapter simply was busted and the HD Loader was scratched.... got NO reply to my e-mails from them... they flat out SUCK.

Be warned... this is the FIRST time I'll ever have to tell the credit card company to reverse the charges on a company.

I hadn't even opened the case since I don't have a HDD yet. They didn't use the highest-quality cases. The disk was loose inside, but it wasn't scratched. The HD Loader seems to be rapidly disappearing from the Internet. HD Advance looks to be the next attempt. I'd buy one of these types of disk soon, as it seems the Sony lawyer dogs are loose and hungry.

I bought HDLoader from them and it arrived intact, albeit in a box large enough for two dozen of the same item with no stuffing to keep it from ratling around.

Their prices on other stuff are baffling. It doesn't appear to be an exchange rate issue since my PayPal account was billed in US dollars for the amount indicated on the site.

I had some money gathering virtual dust in my PayPal account, so when ConsoleSource.com sent me a coupon for $5 over $50 I ordered two more HDLoaders. I intend to keep one for a backup but the other will be available for sale or trade.

It they arrive, that is.

Well, my Loader arrived today. I sent them two e-mails asking about it, but they never sent a reply.

It came in a bubble-lined envelope. I could hear the disc rattling around in the case, so I thought it might be pretty scratched up. I opened it up and it really wasn't scratched at all, thank God.
