Is Dragon Age Inquisition Game of the Year Edition: On Disc or Download?

I am thinking about buying it, but I am curious if it is just a download code or if it is all on disc.

Sadly, I can't find it anywhere but Gamestop and Amazon.

Amazon Reviews reported it to be a Download Code. It ain't like Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition.

Maybe the next reprint will have them on disk like with Borderlands GOTY.

Either way, still cheaper than buying everything separately.

Just wondering why no one is carrying it.
