Is import tuner challange any good?

Im gonna buy Import tuner challange from gamestop used for $39.99 but i still need to know if its a good game cause i just want a game that has a "true to life" feel like the inside view like the pod gauges and stuff looked pretty intresting and that u can actually see the engine when you are adding parts to it i just need to know is this game good for a street racing enthusiast like me? or should i just buy some other game? please reply :]
