is ratchet and clank: uya a GH in-store at EB?

UYA is the 3rd R&C game, and only came out in November. Don't games have to be out 9 months before becoming GHs?

I believe it's 8 months, and the game has to have sold at least 400k copies.

I would expect to see it hit GH sometime around September, before the new Ratchet game releases.
 
the EB catalog that featured Ratchet and Clank UYA as a greatest hits, was a misprint so I don't know if they will honor it since the catalog states that EB is not responsible for any typos.
 
No, it's not a GH. Stores screwup time to time with their ads, look at how many times Game Crazy has screwed up their ads and even Best Buy screwed up when they had RE4 listed as a Player's Choice earlier this year in their ad(even though it wasn't out yet). It shows you that not everyone can get everything right all the time.

Those aren't typos - some low level employee probably got their hands on the keys to the corporate time machine and went a few months to the future to snag the latest ads and bring them back to cause mass confusion.
