is Silent hill 2 non greatest hits rare?

i was wondering if this game is rare since i saw it at gamestop and was thinking of picking it up

Not so much cause the Greatest Hits version has the Lost Memories extra gameplay, so most people prefer that version.

I see the non-GH version more often than the GH. If you want the game, I would hold out for a GH version.
