Is there a mod to use an X360 controller on the Wii for Brawl?

I can't deal with the analog sticks on the classic controller or gamecube controller. I feel completely inaccurate with them after using the 360 controller for so long. And the classic controller makes my hands cramp.

I have been looking online and cannot find anything related to this. Does anyone here ever remember reading about a project like this? This would be a great mod for Brawl or for using with Gamecube/N64 games now that I think about it.

There may be a converter 360>cube or 360>usb>cube. I would check ebay. I don't think there are any public mods.

seconded. I have an PC/PS2/Original Xbox controller, and although the 3 wires are annoying and the D-pad is hideous, it works really well

No, but there are PS2-to-GC converters that you could use on Wii.

My best guess would be to buy a GC to USB adaptor and then buy a wired 360 controller.

Thanks for all the replies, I might have to check out the xbox to gcube one. Xbox analog stick is still way better than Nintendo.

For me it is a tie between the wavebird and the 360 controller. They both feel so comfortable in my hands...
