Is this a decent deal?

Craigslist posting - offering a new, sealed 80G PS3 with MLB 09 and Blu-Ray Quantum of Solace for 350. Walmart sells it now for 400 I think.

I really would like a PS3 with a warranty (just incase) for the first year. Hence my desire to buy a new one. He has the receipt - so the warranty is not an issue.

Thoughts?
 
Yeah - I'm not thinking its something spectacular. But should I wait a bit? I don't have a PS3 yet and I'm itching to get one. But I want to make sure I get a decent deal. Money doesn't grow on trees :)
 
Have you considered the Amazon deal? If you can find a few good flips, you'll get $75 credit (or $50) for free. Just need to find decent things to flip.
 
Eh. Fifty bucks off for something that you don't know if it's stolen or not. I'd say just go Wal Mart with it, get a warranty, and sleep better at night.
