Is this a good deal?

I just returned from a Gamerush that had tons of really good preowned games, and I wanted to ask and see if this is a good deal. You see, my PSP hasn't been getting much use as of late, and I've been wanting to get some new games for it. You all probably know that Gamerush is having the buy 2 PO games, get one free deal, right? Well, that Gamerush had these three PSP games I have been wanting: Twisted Metal: Head On, Lumines, and Hot Shots Golf. They are all $34.99, and if I got them all I would only have to pay $70 (not including tax). They all look to be in perfect condition, I was just wondering if this is a good deal, considering they would all retail for a total of $120. Should I go for it?

It seems like a good deal. The only thing to consider is how often do these games go on sale. Like I know Best Buy had Lumines for $29.99 new so after coupon it would be $24.99 new. If you could get the games for a few dollars more new, then I would try that.
