Is this eBay Civilization V deal legit?

Does anyone have experience ordering from a vague seller like that? 100% feedback with dozens sold makes me feel like this may be worth taking a gamble on...

You did see it is from China right ? China = bootlegging when it comes to software.

Oh I was assuming even the international versions had Steamworks and thus, couldn't be pirated... my bad. Hah.

Doesn't even seem likely you'd get pirated software. Probably just a complete scam. If you look at the earliest "copy" sold, it was on the 25th. By the 27th, there was already feedback. Pretty unlikely that the item was packaged, shipped, and delivered within two days. More than likely, everyone who buys this will get a message along the lines of:

"Thanks for your purchase. In order to expedite your order, please leave feedback immediately."

Of course, it will likely be in pidgin English, but the point is, once you leave feedback, they can get the money out of the PayPal account. So, though most people will ignore this and realize it's a scam, you'll get a handful of people who fall for it, and they get a few bucks out of it.
