So I ordered 2 games from them on 11/19/09. Contacted their customer service via email several times, and they verified that my games were shipped on 11/20/09. Needless to say, I still haven't received them, and the tracking number they gave me comes up as invalid. So I finally called them today, and they say they cannot come up with any info on the shipment, they must have been lost prior to delivery, and will resend the games. Pretty annoyed by all of this.
