If Jeb Bush wasn't Gov. of Florida I guarantee Florida would have gone democrat. Those votes would have helped Kerry win the electorial votes. Jeb Bush has had an impact he IS the governor, and he rallied for Bush as well hence Florida went to Bush.

Of course 4 years ago we all know hoe Jeb rigged the Florida votes in his brother's behalf.

It is a shame a real shame.

wow thats realy smart you should be proud or yourself i dont think anyone has ever thought that...

as far as i can tell Arnold isnt bush's brother (correct me if im wrong).

If you want to "blame" the election results on something, blame it on the Democrat's failure to bring forward a candidate whose campaign could focus on something other than attacking the opponent along with hate & fear tactics. Proof? 40-45% of Kerry voters voted for Kerry. 45-50% of Kerry voters voted against Bush. 75-80% of Bush voters voted for Bush. 10-15% of Bush voters voted against Kerry. Kerry was unable to run a campaign to get people to vote for him, only one to get them to vote against the opposition.

This wasn't just a small loss for the democrats, it shows they are not connecting with the everyday voter. Bush won the majority of the popular vote with 51%, the first time since 1988, with the most votes any president has ever gotten in history exceeding his opponent by nearly 4 million votes. Both the house & senate republican majority was increased by 4 seats each, first time since 1924 that happened with a republican winning the election. The democrat senate minority leader was defeated, again setting a record for the first time a democratic senate leader being defeated in what, 50 years? Clearly the Democrats have failed to connect with the American people, and I think that is a result of aligning with the extreme left such as Ted Kennedy instead of a more moderate stance like JFK - who the average Joe could better identify with.

Conspiracy theories are fun aren't they?

Except for the fact that it's not a theory.

Violation of election law, such as cheating to win an election, is not a matter of opinion.

anyone who thought Kerry was going to win florida must not have looked at the popularity rate of Jeb lately. 80 freakin percent! Of course that was going to translate onto his brother (due to constant trips to florida and a quick reaction by the federal gov't.)

I will give him credit, he has had the power to unify that state through a lot of hard times(unlike his brother).

Nothing gets by you

Violation of election law is not a matter of opinion, but Jeb Bush rigging an election is.

We'll someone should file a lawsuit. I would love to sit in on one filed by Quackzilla and hear him TRY to back his alligations up.

Now just a question. Have you taken ANY law class?
Buisness law? Tort law? Ethics? Even a junior high mock trial?
