I found this site while searching for information on an eBayer "JimmyTphantom" (a member here) who defrauded me of nearly $800USD.

On Jun-02-05, I purchased an “original factory sealed” rare Playstation game (eBay Item number: 8195482669). This item was paid for on May 31-05. Immediately after, I made a larger deal with the seller for a lot of 5 more “original factory sealed” Playstation games (eBay Item number: 8196549124). These were paid for on June 02-05. All of the goods were received together on June 20-05. They appeared to be in good order. On June 26-05, I decided to open one and to my amazement found well-used, scratched disks and a worn manual inside. The game had been re-sealed. When I looked closer at the other games (which are still unopened), I noticed tiny hairs and other imperfections under the shrink wrap (e.g., yellowish tinge to the glue), suggesting that these are also re-sealed, second-hand games. The games were far from “original factory sealed” as described and I am currently working with VISA to recoup my money. The issue has also been reported to Sony's fraud department.

JimmyTphantom aka Jeffrey Stemen will not respond to my emails or phone-calls and I doubt that he will respond on here either.

This guy has a seemingly endless supply of factory sealed rare black label games, and I should have known better.

Jeff, I know you are reading this, and rest assured, you have opened up a can of worms. I WILL be getting my money back and there WILL be futher repercussions.

BEWARE ALL!

This will suck for everyone involved as the guy made several trades here involving sealed games. I hope it's resolved satisfactorily. Perhaps some auction links and pictures of te game(s) in question will help you prove your point.
