kinect for party chat?

IDK it seems to me this is the most appropriate forum for this,
Can you use kinect to chat in a party (including cross-game)
I seem to only be able to record messages and send them. IDK if there is another way to do it.

I'm sure you can. I used Kinect to chat in MP games. I'm sure it would work in a party chat. Don't like using Kinect as a mic though, it picks up everything.

Yes it should work fine. I hate using it for the sole fact that playing other peoples voices through the speaker gets so drown out by the game that I never have any idea what anyone is saying.

I assume this means you output others mics through your speakers right? I wouldn't mind using kinect for MP every now and then but everyones voices get so drown out by the game I never know what the hell anyone is saying.

I think I tried kinect for party chat once and it didn't work, I've used it in game before.

Yes it'll work but please keep it in the party. I've had instances of where i'm playing cod bo and I hear a muffled mic and turns out the guy is using Kinect so i'd suggest to stay away from doing that.
