So the wife today starts talking to me about using my bb credit and getting a new xbox w/ kinect. I love the idea but I'm not wasting my money on a 4 gig arcade console. I like the holiday bundle but paying $400 for it really hurts, my CAGness screams at the idea.

This sucks bc I would have snagged one on BF if I had known she would be cool with it.

Any chances it comes up for sale again during the xmas season? Also I have my old pro system and know gamestop has a trade in bonus for it (could also trade in the wifi adaptor), any ideas on how to get some of that credit over to bby?

I agree with the previous poster, wait it out and see if there is a price drop the night before Christmas. If there is no sale price by then then just go buy it at Best Buy for whatever price they're charging. Keep in mind that you can use an old 20GB hard drive (if you have one sitting around) in the new 4GB console.
