Kmart - Dead Rising 2 MSRP now $29.99?

I work at the Eastside Kmart in Bloomington, IN and Dead Rising 2 is now marked at $29.99 retail price, no sale, no clearance. Don't know if this is widespread for all Kmart stores, or if it's just at my store. This was for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions.
