I am in need of a new laptop, my current laptop is basically busted.
This is mainly a need for a functionality first and power second laptop as its main purpose will be for work and general use at home.
1) long battery life
2) large HDD
3) light
4) nice screen (subjective I know)
I only really need it to play HD video well and perhaps light gaming (Nothing heavy since I have a desktop for gaming.
I have been out of the market for a laptop for a longggg time. I've just looked at them for the first time in years this week. With black friday coming I want to get a sense of what a good deal currently is on a modern laptop. Things to look for, what's a good price for a basic laptop I'm describing nowadays, reliable models, etc.
If you know of a specific deal let me know, but I will not be going out on BF, so online deals only. If its not a BF deal I'd be fine going to get it.
