Hello, i need urgent help need to buy a Laptop Asap but not sure what's a good one for a cheap price between $500-700?


Dunno, much so could use the help also are Laptops and Notebooks the same?
 
This late in the year, your best bet would be to hold out until Black Friday if at all possible. There is supposed to be ~$400 laptops this year.
