what is the best deal out there?

anything better than the $149 / Top Spin / NCAA Football 2005 bundle?

nothing refurbished, major sellers only please

If you don't want refurbished or used, the NCAA/Top Spin bundle is the best bet.

Unless you want to drive up to Canada and get the crystal XBox bundle with Fable and Crimson Skies. Now that is a hell of a deal.

I'm only a stones throw away from windsor... is the price about equivilant to the 149.99 price of the US system? Cause this sounds rather tempting to me...

No, it's not equal to the $149 price, but I think it's around $180-$200, I'm not exactly sure how much though.
 
man that's a good auction...i was actually gonna pick it up but i'm not registered to bid on yahoo and my credit card's at home while i'm at work..

my gf is wanting a xbox for christmas and i'm looking to get the most bang for my buck...if you guys see any more auctions like that please post here, or know where i can get any freebies thrown in with the holiday package, i'd much appreciate it.
 
Well you just missed my auction on ebay. I was selling my x-box on ebay with a buy it now price of $135. $20 shipping. I included a two month free trial to Xbox live and two demo disc. And the auction ended only two minutes after I put it up...lol mine was like the cheapest buy it now on ebay...and a friend of mine I talk to in Illionis bought it that was a strange accurance...
 
I don't know what the situation is where you guys live, but right now down here in Jacksonville, FL, the Xbox's are completely sold out everywhere with the exception of Toys R Us, but they only sell them along with a $19.99 game and a crappy mini controller for $189.99.

I'm not sure there's a shortage nationwide, but from the prices that new holiday bundles are going for on e-bay right now ($200 plus), it seems like there may be.
 
that auction ended at $250 which is a pretty amazing price; of course, the seller has a -5 rating with a string of brutal comments
