Leeroy Jenkins!

My friend called me about a week or two ago telling me about how hillarious this video was, and after watching it, I can say that he was correct, however retarded it may be.

ah.....what video? i dont see no stinkin' video......

EDIT: I am not using Explorer. Could that be the reason?

I think Wiki is wrong there at the end - I believe he says, "At least I ain't chicken."

I actually watched this video yesterday for the first time over at IFilm.com and laughed so very hard. My wife came upstairs to see what the hell I was laughing at - and I got the look. hehe

Good stuff!

That was funny as hell!

I love the Urban Dictionary entry:

Leeroy
n.
1: One who does not grasp the concept of caution.
2: One whose success is based purely off relentless aggression and pure luck.
3: One who likes chicken.
4: One whose battle cry consists of their own name.

v.
1: To destroy all hopes of success.
2: To rush headlong into danger without regard to consequences.
3: To satisfy one's own desires at the expense of all around oneself.

- I can't believe he just tried to headbutt that dragon. What a Leeroy.

- We were doing great until that idiot totally Leeroyed us.

- The party was really boring until Bob pulled a Leeroy

I have no idea how gameplay works with WoW or MMORPGs, but that was pretty amusing. The sound of the players so dejected and disgusted at what took place was great.

What I wanna know is who records their dungeoning in WoW?

Either its fake/staged or that guy takes his WoW really seriously.

I don't play WoW but I heard it's staged. Apparently it's not really possible to calculate one's survival rate. And apparently it's not normal for people to be standing around in a circle.

They edit out the chatter, sound effects, etc and put music to it. They could of been doing that because it seems the place they were raiding is a hard place to beat.

And apparently it's not normal for people to be standing around in a circle.
I wish you would of told people that when I use to play Dark Age of Camelot. We use to go on ML raid (could last almost an entire day, eck) and majority of the time was standing around in a circle.

Yeah I definetly don't see the circle thing as being any indication that its fake. I've done that in most mmorpg's that I've played. I guess its just a natural thing to have characters all facing each other. I know even when I'm just talking to one person, I face them even though you don't really need to.

If they had planned it right, it wouldve been funnier if when he ran in, no one noticed, then they continued to plan, and then right after they were fixing to head in, they could be like, 'hey, wheres leeroy'. Or they couldve all just watched him get raped. But I'm sure they had a good reason to go in, like maybe he spawned a bunch of those guys and they werent going to go away.

Once a single person aggros an entire mob, that party gets the aggro to. So, basically fight and die or stand and die.

I don't get it. Are they trying to say that WoW players are nerds or something? All I saw was a moron ruining a raid, which I don't find very funny.
Yeah, why did they all run in after him? Is there some sort of penalty for the groups if he had died by himself?
No except for the fact that its possible he may have brought the dragons out of that room and into where they were planning so that's probably why they just ran in like that.
