If you're buying from Target and have a Discover card don't forget to use shop Discover. Target is currently at 10% cashback, which won't make this a killer deal but will at least cover tax.

kmart has some great lego deals online - sale prices PLUS you can add code RMNTOYS to get an extra 30% off and free shipping if you spend $49. expires today. i just got the harry potter knight bus for $19.59 and hogwarts for $27.99 (about 45% off). there were a couple of sale battle packs (mandalorians + a hoth one i think) for 9 something and it would be 30% off that if you need to push your order over $49 to get free shipping.

edited to add: they also have free shipping to store. unfortunately ewok attack is only available 60 miles from me. i'm debating getting it anyway...

edited again to add: $13.99 for ewok attack. had to pull the trigger. now i just have to find someone to pick it up for me. for that price i would have bought two but holiday lego buying is starting to murder my wallet...

Bought Knight Bus, Quiddich Match, Minotaur game, Harry Potter game, and Dragon game for $75 shipped.
 
Nooo! Just when I thought I was done buying Lego. Picked up the Power Boat Transporter and the Marina set for a combined $54ish after taxes.

Should I get another Sith Nightspeeder? I'm contemplating it, I already have one and wanted to keep one sealed but I doubt I'll open it since the set is kind of lame and only cool for the figures.

I've got 2 Ewok Attacks, 1 Geonosian StarFighter (thinking about getting 2) and Harry Potter Knight Bus.

I did a search for it earlier and all that came up was the other one?!?! Now to think about it probably as good as it's going to get.

EDIT: I ordered it, not bad for the price. I did all my orders for in store pick up now waiting for the emails.

Picked up power boat transporter, space port shuttle, prisoner transport, satellite launch pad, mandalorian battle pack and clone trooper pack all for $16.00 after using $60 in sop your way rewards . So glad this deal came when it did cus I didn't know what I was going to spend those points on!
 
Is there an option to use what ever you have accumulated when ordering online? I tried looking for it but didn't see anything.

My orders are ready for pick up, I have the boxes they picked out aren't trashed.

I saw a list of items in eurobricks so who really knows, this one seemed strange to me though.
 
Damn. I figured I have a little more Money in my LEGO budget to get the Winter Toy Shop and a light for my holiday train and now it's out of stock.

And the shuttle and plane from Kmart are gone. I would have loved those sets for cheap.

Wow. Some great deals on LEGO with Kmart. Had to make 3 orders: 1 to ship, 1 to pick up locally, and another to pick up 30+ miles away. Got sets that I'd never thought I'd buy.
 
^ I saw that. I loved Cars 2, much better than the first movie, but I'm not sure if I want to spend $35 on it.

I'm debating if I should get two marinas or one and the boat or none and save my money.
 
damn!!! had to hit up the yoyo.com deal too.... finally picked up a general grievous starship for $29.99. Not too bad i guess... free shipping and no tax was a plus

They are backordered and sold out everywhere else. Isn't that usually what happens with the sets going out of production?

Here is a company profile on the owner of the website, I recognize diapers.com. I remember delivering stuff from them so the site looks to be legit. I guess they are just trying to get there name out?

When Lego stores can't order anymore, then a set is going out of production. Fire Brigade would be the first to go from that series. A good idea is if it 2+ years old, there is a good chance it is gone by end of year. Series that don't sell well typically go out at the end of the year i.e. this year, Pharoah line.

at yoyo.com, code "yoyo20" takes an add'l 20% off sale prices. so, for example, you could get the creator lighthouse for $29.44, the city advent calendar for $$25.19, the log cabin for $20.85, escape from dragon's prison for $13.90...

edited to add: oddly, when i kept piling things in my cart to check prices, at some point the discount flipped from 20% off to 10% off. i started removing items and eventually it flipped back to 20%. not sure what's going on there.

Damnit. I should have ordered the Kingdoms Raid set last night for $42, but I was trying to cut back on my LEGO. The deals this year are amazing. Now with the sale price it's only $50. Grrr to me. :lol:

Thanks for the heads-up...I snagged a SW Podracer set @ $53.99. I would have grabbed the Black Pearl but it was sold out.


On a side note, does anyone have a Lego Star Wars Jabba Sail Barge or Sandcrawler they are looking to unload at a reasonable price? Those sets have made their way onto my kids x-mas list.

Good luck finding those at a good price. Took me forever to get them and I still have to pick up some missing parts for them. It seems like when I buy lego sets used, they are never 100% complete.

I have two Sandcrawlers mint in sealed box, I remember getting a really good deal on them a few years ago at the Lego Store. What ever happened to the Lego store? I used to buy so much there but other retailers get my money since they cant even compare.

Lego Cars Big Bentley Bust Out 8639 is 50% off on Amazon right now! I'm glad I looked it up before I went to sleep $34.99 and no tax! =)

found the series 5 minifigures at farm & fleet today in their christmas toy section for $2.89 each. one full box and two 3/4 full. we picked from the full box, spacing out our pics and got 8 different figures. unfortunately no clown. :(
