Too much trouble to sell/trade anything here anymore. The game is not illegal nor banned (you will find it at most Game Stops and Blockbusters for $25-30) simply out of print. But you can't sell anything around here anymore without the peanut gallery chiming in about one thing or another (none of which are in regards to buying your game) so it will be disposed of elsewhere.

That's nice. I don't know about your location but most around me are rental or previously owned copies that have been litterally pawed over and scratched all to hell. This is not one of those.

I did not know that if true - The Guy Game certainly is on others trade list and it is a M game - not Unrated or AO. If so, where do you draw the line?

It most certainly isn't allowed on ebay anymore which is why it was offered here. To hell with it, off to BlockBuster it goes.

It's not allowed not because of the rating, but because it's illegal - one of the girls who got drunk and publicly displayed her breasts for the game was under 18 years of age.

That is an old wives tail - Brook Shields was not 18 when she appeared nude in Blue Lagoon and half a dozen other films. Neither was the actress who played the foreign exchange student in American Pie.

Being underaged and nude is not illegal in a film , nude in and of itself is not pornogrophy but alot of people can't make that understanding. The only illegal activity I'm aware of is the fact the underaged girl was blitzed out of her mind on alcohol - a common event at most spring breaks

But at any rate - the game is not banned nor is it illegal. It is however out of print.

And no, BlockBuster doesn't pay $30 for it. But it can't be sold on ebay and apparently here all anyone wants to do is bitch so I'll take what I get for it. I'm selling most of my games so am not really interested in trading it for something else.
