List of 100% confirmed games to be released on both PS3 and PS4?

I have heard diablo 3 will be released on both ps3 and ps4 for sure.

I am trying to save money and not buy a game for ps3 that will also come out for ps4 with better functionality graphics etc.

Are there any other games that are coming out for both consoles for sure? I wasn't sure about GTA5 and a few other late release games.

- Assassin's Creed IV

- Battlefield 4

- Watch_Dogs (for some reason the box art shows "60 minutes of exclusive gameplay" on the ps4 version)

- Call of Duty: Ghosts

- Just Dance 4

- EA sports games
