I wasn't able to download the LBP 3 version to my PS3, but they each had a LBP 2 version, which syncs up with LBP 3 on the PS3 I think.

Just to note... none of the costumes are exclusive to LBP3. Looking through the list (30 downloads in all), all of the costumes work on LBP2/Karting/LBP Vita and I think all except 1 or 2 work on LBP1.
