Edit - TheSLAV, shrike and all my other posse members have found a decent one on Newegg but for I'll leave this up for another day just incase somebody wants to work a trade since teh cash is low at the moment

Edit again - I'm a tard, I had PSP in the title

Well, I got Rise of Nations today in the mail (thanks S1lver) but when I load I get "This Video Card is not supported for Rise of Nations" Apparently my integrated isn't going to cut it. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication between me and my incredibly dumb ass boss I get paid monthly  so at the monent I only have $40 to throw around, althoughI'd be willing to pull out the credit card for PayPal if somebody had a realyl sweet deal :D

So What I need:
Minimum 16MB 3D Card thats 4x AGP compatible

You can check the TL in my sig but mostly I'd offer up teh cash ;)

I have a GeForce 4 MX 440 (I believe it is a 440). I do not have an installation disc or a box as my PC game pre-built with it installed.

If interested, I also have some other RTS games as well (some may not be in great condition, but all should install, games like C&C generals and Age of Mythology, Civ 3)
The GeForce 4 MX440 should be a 4X card without question.

The FX5200 is a 8x card, if I remember correctly.
should still run at 4x. that shouldnt be a prob

You can't beat those fx5200s. Mine plays halflife 2 pretty well and people sell em for around 40 bucks. Matter a fact, I have played Rise of Nations on my FX5200. That is a pretty good card if it like mine. Mine is 8X 128mb.

In 99% of the time, I'd say that's correct. 1% of the time, nope.

A quick email to the manufacturer of the card will clear it right up.
I got a e-GeForce FX5200 Light Ver. AGP 128mb DDR, lmk dude I can sell it for $40!
Post the manufacturer & model #, and then jovean07 can email them and see if it'll work in his 4x AGP slot.

wow- I leave for a half hour to meet the GF and I come back and I'm hooked up ;)

Interested in both cards - like shrike said, I'd have to check to insure compatibility on the 5200 - I might be interested in the 440 depending on what one of those is priced at.

EDIT - beat me to it - emailing Nvidia as we speak

That card isn't made by Nvidia but rather eVGA.

Here is a link to the card and it's detailed specs brought to you be the fine people of newegg.com :)

Just like most cards of it's generation it is 4x/8x.
Hm - well, Nvidia is gonna send me back a funny email then
Hm again - its only $48 shipped new
And that's the retail version from newegg. I am not sure if they are selling it OEM (just card and drivers) but if they are it's even cheaper. Time to haggle!

heres where the contemplation sets in - is it worth the $13 to get it new..hm.
Any interest in a PS1 or a MP3 player?
How much will u pay, also they charge alot for shipping so an extra like 5 or more would be $18 for a new one
newegg is charging 2 bucks for shipping for their FedEx Express Saver. I've ordered well over 10 grand worth of computer parts in probably over 3-4 year period. Newegg is one of THE best online stores when it comes to shipping. The item always arrives early and in very good condition.

the shipping is factored into the $48 ;)
if shipping we another $5, I would probably go with your offer.
hmm i can do that?
haha, damn you scarface - I don't want to lowball him - but yea, actually, thats the pricepoint where I'd buy used. (I'm just going off of the normal CAG prices of a $50 game once its opened and sold here)
hmm what payment will u use?
i can do it however you'd prefer - if I used CC paypal, I'll throw in a couple of bucks to cover fees.

you cant say neweggs prices suck (ship or otherwise) but if your card works and is cheaper then im sure joe would be interested :) (good game choice btw)
