Why, it has nothing to do with membership. You literally just have to email them. I get nothing in return, just trying to share it.
 
Actually they posted about this on their blog and one of the things you have to do when e-mailing them in include your member email, so it has something to do with membership.

That being said a lot of CAG's are on Lockerz and may have missed the blog post (I almost did myself) and it in no way is a referral so I think he put it in the right section. Once you email in you'll get a confirmation right away (just confirming that you emailed them) and that they will let you know a few days before your selected concert. Doesn't seem to me like it is too organized of a contest though, I mean with like twenty dates to choose from, having people send emails isn't the most efficient means of entry.

Ew, Cobra Starship. I've seen them twice because they were opening for bands who were actually good. I wanted to cut my ears off with a rusty spoon every time.
