Looking for a cheap price on betterman complete.

Well the cheapest I could find was $63.53 at BestPrices.com:

Found this site through a Froogle search and have no idea how reliable they are. The set seems like the real thing though.

Otherwise, I'm sure you probably tried ebay. There's one going for $70.50 with free shipping:

and a few others for slightly less. The product descriptions indicate that these are not bootlegs, so it might be ok.

Amazon and Robert's Anime Cornerstone Store are about even at $90 shipped.
 
If you're going to buy a lot... (and I mean a lot)... Save up and order from buyritedvd.com. I've ordered from there twice and have had okay service. Not great but okay. You have to spend a minimum of $100 and $5 for shipping. But they have wholesale prices. You could get Betterman 1-5 for $6 each. Tthat will bring you to $30. Just need to find $70 more!

Holy crap! I gotta check this out...

Edit: Admiral, you almost gave me a heart attack. I should have guessed these guys don't have the biggest selection. Just clicked through their entire anime inventory but only found a handful that piqued my interest. I guess I'll save my $105 for another day. :D

Edit 2: Although lack of interest might be due to lack of knowledge... I don't want to take this off topic but which titles would be worth getting from buyritedvd.com? Sorry Nirvanaguy, I'll take this into a new thread or go PM.
 
BuyriteDVD wouldn't happen to be associated with the notorious buyrite video game site would it?

If it is, I say avoid it at all costs, even if they offer you 1.00 DVD's.
 
BuyRiteDVD.com isn't related to the Buy Rite videogames site at all. You should pool some friends together and see if they'd be interested in ordering some DVDs along with your Betterman, Nirvanaguy. I did that awhile back with a couple of friends of mine (two of us stuck to anime, and the other bought some porno). We got our total up to $100 and were able to place the order. :)

Hmm Ill think about that, Im sure there are some guys in the dorm who want dvds.
