The average price on ebay seems to be about $6-$7 before shipping. That's probably the cheapest you'll find it unless you happen to find it in the bargain bin like you said.

Just checked the Circuit City site, and it's going for $15.99! What the hell? I swear that this is still $6.99 at my local CC. And I definitely have seen this title in the Wal-Mart bins.
