Looking for a device to clean and buff disks

I've been getting a lot of games and movies from garage sales and they're sometimes dirty, with a few light scratches. What are the best devices for cleaning disks and removing light scratches?

well you can try toothpaste, or brass cleaner to clean them but i get better results with the toothpaste

i recently found a returned copy of guitar hero 2 for the 360 at goodwill and it had the circular scratches and i found a site that said pledge works to fill in the scratches.
I sprayed it on and let it sit for a minute or two and then repeated twice, and i got it to work. In my opinion, the pledge works way better than toothpaste
