Looking for a good fairly cheap tv tuner card

What do you need? SD? HD? QAM? Price range/cap?

www.avsforum.com is a great place to start.

I'm in the same boat right now, and I'm looking at DVICO Fusion HDTV cards....seems like they're well reviewed.

I would not mind HD but I live in a really small area so I would not be able to get OTA so SD would be fine
