Im trying to find some cheap Wavebird controllers to use on my Wii. The cheapest ive seen is 30 bucks at Target, but they never have them in stock. Anywhere else i should look?
 
If you don't mind buying used try ebay... otherwise ymmv.. most stores are sold out and from what I understand won't be getting any in... I know you can get them new from nintendo for $40 if you are really desperate. But a used one might be your best bet.
 
wow they're that cheap used at EB and Gamestop? Ill have to keep an eye out. I've been trying EBay and been trying to get a pair of them or a pack of 4, but im waiting for the right price to pop up.
 
I was able to pick up two brand new Wavebirds at Walmart for $25 each last week. They were markdown. I don't know if it's nationwide but may be worth a shot to check it out.
 
Wavebirds are getting hard to find anywhere, even at list price. Target, Walmart, and buy.com have good prices, but in my experience are always out of stock. I think the GGC at BestBuy may be your best option if you can't find them used.

I've heard that Nintendo stopped producing these controllers - I don't know how much longer you'll be able to find them, even for $35:cry:
 
Yes, they are $17 at eb/gs but u should call before. I bought one and a regular cube controller for $15. And don't pay the $2 warranty unless the controller seems crappy but I wouldn't buy it if it were crappy...
 
used ones at gamestop are 17.99 but man dont buy a white one hold out until a new looking platinum one pops up. if ur lucky your local target has them for 15bucks
