Looking for PSP w/ 1.5 Firmware

i am looking for a PSP with 1.5 firmware or a custom firmware that allows emulation.

i am not willing to pay cash, but CML and we can arrange something.

also, if one were to include a memory card filled with emulators and roms, id give them a luigi figurine or a gameboy advance game.

2. Id take out the mention of the emulators and roms.
3. " can anyone tell me how to add the itrader ranking next to your name?" - You have to complete a trade and get feedback first.
4. A 9 minute bump is excessive.
