Unfortunately for me the European CE turned out to be shit = transparent sleeve for the bluray and a shitty booklet and it seems now the US version is sold out. 
Anyone found themselves not caring for the extras and would be willing to sell them? (got a US shipping address) I assume ebay prices are going to suck.
