Looking for Shadow of Rome

None, and I have checked them all, of my video stores have this dude for rent, so, I would like to find as cheap a copy as possible. Any suggestions. Best I have seen so far was on half.com, but still in the mid thirties. I will grab it if I can find it for $30 or lower.
