First, you posted in the wrong forum because this should be in the Deal Request Forum and second the cheapest I've seen it would be at overstock.com with discount code which there is a thread about if you search for it.
i would suggest buying a used one off of ebay, look for auctions that are ending on a weekday and a seller who refuses to ship international(the brits love the psp and overpay for it, if you dont have to bid against them all the better.)
