Listing says it's basically discs/case only (no extras I don't think). The guy says he only has 3 discs instead of all 4. The game only has 2 actual game discs, the other 2 are a sound track disc and a making of disc. So it looks like he probably has both game discs, although you should probably email him and ask.
Price is at 12.50 with 4 hours to go so someone not interested in collecting, just playing the game might be able to get a good deal.
