MAC / PC Format Question

Professor Oreo

CAGiversary!
Hey guys, hopefully someone much smarter than me knows the answer to this.

If I burn a data CD with a jpeg on it on a Windows PC, can I then take that CD and pop it into a MAC and have it be able to read that jpeg? I know jpegs are universal image files and that both MAC and PC computers can read them, but can a Mac read a data CD burned on a PC?

Thanks for the help guys!

yes, that will work.

anything can be transferred to a mac within reason (i.e. .exe files and such). Any generic media can be opened and used on a mac.

Yeah, I use my Ipod to transfer stuff from PC's to my Mac and I have never really had a problem with any format other than the obvious ones (.exe, etc)

Yaeh totally. When i was doing a lot of photography I used to go back and forth with data CDs of my photoshops and my photos from Apple to PC.
