Hey Sorry Ya'll. I wasn't sure which forum to put this in.


But I have a problem.


Today I recieved a package from buy.com


It was from the $20 off $50 deal.

I was suppose to get TC's GRAW.


I'll just explain the what happened.




Today when I went to check my mail, I saw I had gotten buy.com package. But from walking back to my house I noticed that it was too light.

So when I get inside I see that it was already opened. The seal is broken. I look inside & their is two things. 1) an order slip & 2) a buy.com shopping booklet.


So what am I suppose to do? Who is gonna fix this problem? Buy.com or the USPS?


Also I doubt someone took the game out of the package after it was put in the mailbox.



I already complained to buy.com and should I go on Monday and complain to the Post office?



Some help would be nice.

I'd call the 1800 number on buy.com's website and see what they say. They might send you another one they might say take it up with the shipper, but their advice is going to be far more productive then mine will be.
