wwe here comes the pain 21.00 17+4

man eb games rock

PS those looking at trading in old sports games unless u have no use for them dont waste your time 25-75 cents each Star fox for GC only got 3 (know i can sell more then that on ebay)

No trading/bartering system can be taxed. Even when trading something expensive like a car, you won't be charged tax on the amount of credit you recieve.

no i mean this cause i did it a tons of times before

Say i get 100 credit right they put it on a card (no tax)

but i buy a 20 buck game i get taxed 5% sor 1 buck

so 100- 21 = 79 i would of got

well today they didnt charge me tax on the new game so saved another buck wooo lol

EDIT a bout the Zelda games Very Very doubtful as even complete Games are not getting even 35-40 anymore they flooded ebay

I would of been lucky to get 20 out of the disc alone

EDIT EDIT Haven ps2 gets 25 cents Gamebreaker 2004 gets 50 cents Dave mirra 2 for xbox gets 10 cents lol 10 CENTS

I must have missed the part where this is any different from any other EB on the planet. Except for the part where they made you buy something in order to get your trade-in credit put on a card.

how the rules are (at least in my store said on the paper) you had to spend all the money at one time (NO CREDIT will be giving for the 20)

So i should of had to blow the whole 91 and lost any that i didnt.

I called up another ebgame store here locally and they said NO credit will be given

i think the dude did it cause i go in their alot and they knew me

(cause they tried to put it on first without buying anything and it wouldnt work)

I think they made him buy something because you have to in order for the bonus trade in credit to work.

Please learn to spell. Ok, now that that's out of the way...

The next time they tax your credit, start pissing and moaning until they fix it. It shouldn't be happening.

I'm with you on that one...

Holy shit man, your english teachers are crying.

Notice something werid as well ?

Thought all the ebgame stores was same?

We got 3 here i went to the one in the mall.

i went out to the one by the highway

raw 2 4.50
Tokyo 1.00
Zedla 16.50 each
smackdown 11

total 49.50 or 69.50 werid i got 96 for same games at other store

well with the "Trade more, paid more" promotion it does say that no credit or cash will be given...whereas you'd have to spend it right there. I ...think thats what he was trying to point out.
They should make a video game that teaches grammar.
This just begs a re-release of "Mario Teaches Typing".

Ah ok, that clears that up.

You got a decent deal. What if I were to buy like 5 2 dollar games and then trade them all in for like idk 5 dollars credit, and do i get the extra 20?

probally but thats only what a free 10 bucks well less then 10

5 games @ 2 bucks each = 10 + tax

Say 50 cents per game 5x 50 cents 2.50 + 20

22.50 for say 11 bucks

that is a free 12.50 but isnt worth my time trying to find 5 2 buck games (since they do need box and books)
you could have gotten 90+ just for the 2 zelda discs on ebay.
I have to agree with the OP on this one, these actaully aren't fetching that much on Ebay at the moment. Believe me, I've been checking those auctions really closely lately since I have a few to unload myself. I probably will just end up trading them at EB in conjunction with one of their deals. I'm half expecting EB to catch on and lower their price any day now... I plan on cashing in before it's too late!

Of course these could go WAY up in value in a year and I'll be hitting myself. Or Nintendo could just release it in retail or give it away with the next Zelda game, rendering these worthless. Decisions, decisions...

Oh well, I hear Mortal Kombat 6 Kollector's Edition calling... looks like I'll be trading now!
