just a little advice, ignore me if you wish.

1. giving 4 days to pay for the auction is counter to ebay's 7 day rule
2. being "unverified" in paypal is meaningless in terms of your protection. address "confirmed" is the only thing you should care about.
3. insurance on this should be included in the auction, not optional since it's for your protection more than the buyer
