Mario Golf vs. Hot Shots Golf

No one's posted a response yet, so i'll give you my take on Mario Golf. I bought this game when it was $50 and i have no regrets. It's the type of game that is fun by itself, but become even more fun when you are with your friends. It can be challenging too. I highly recommend it.
 
I actually got bored to death of it before I even finished a game. Granted, I rather dislike golf games, so if you are into gold you m ay enjoy it.
 
They're really... pretty close, being from the same developer. Mario's got more 'wacky crazy' courses, I guess, but the gameplay is similar. I guess it just depends on whether you want Mario characters wielding the clubs or not.
 
Yeah, they're both about the same. I own Mario Golf and play it every once in a while. A good game to sit around with friends, talk, and drink beers.

But Tiger Woods 2K5 is good too. It plays very diffrent from both Hot Shots and Mario.

Honestly, that is one of my favorite activities. Personally, I like the charm of the Mario characters and gameplay wise the games are very similar, so it is Mario Golf for me all the way.

Yeah, I agree. Just the fact of playing with Mario characters is fun.
 
I'd go with Mario Golf for sure. I am still playing MG and I bought it when it was pretty new. I had HSG4 but never got into it. Mario Golf is a much better game IMO.
