The multiplayer is ok with friends, but single player is really boring. The events are just too short besides Archery and Skeet Shooting. If you are doing MP, then the short events aren't so bad as you are able to string 5 events together in a Mario Kart style points competition, resulting in some fun times. I don't think its a bad buy if you can score it for maybe $30, but I regret paying $45 for it as it just doesn't get enough playtime compared to Wii Sports.
 
You know, this has a very good chance of dropping in price. If this was a Nintendo game, then no. We'd never see a cut. This is a sega title, and they will eventually drop.. so yay!
 
It's the sale price. If it's a price drop everyone would be selling it at $38. Amazon just matched CC's price for some odd reason
 
On the Amazon site, it's out of stock, but you can buy it at Hubba Games for $54.95 with $7.95 shipping. What a bargin!
 
Mario and Sonic is good if you have fond memories of the ancient olympics games from the 80s. I haven't played those sort of games since then, so I found them enjoyable in single player.

Modern gamers would probably just enjoy the multiplayer.
