Mature Clan (Over 25 Gamers)

I've recently come to realization that I'm stuck in the old days, where people played the single-player game and only played multiplayer if they have friends come over. I play a lot of single-player games, and I like getting achievements, but if an achievement is co-op or multiplayer centric, I immediately put it on the "don't even try" list. My realization is that I may be missing out on some great gaming because I don't even try to play online, because I don't know many people who play video games on the 360. That's why I've come here. I'm looking for a mature (read: over 25 who don't mind a few Shaq-fu's here and there) clan that I could join and hopefully make a few friends. I've never been in a clan, so I don't really know much about them, let alone where to look to join one. Any chance one of you belongs to a good one?
 
Gaming with the majority of cags has been a good/fun experience for me. Whatever game you want to play probably has a cag group/night/gathering assigned to it already. Just go to the forum for your console and find the game you are interested in.

Just wanted to add that I am 28 and most cags no matter the age are great guys to play with.
 
You could also try theoldergamers.com they are a huge group that have clans in just about every major multiplayer game out. They have an age restriction of 25 as well so you don't get all the little smack talking teens.
I don't have experience with the US or EU groups on there, but the AU people are incredibly nice and civilized. Highly recommended.
